The chef shared the perfect snacks for non-alcoholic beer
Nikita Tsatsyn, the regional chef of the Igora resort and the Winter Cottage Park Hotel, revealed to Izvestia the secret of the perfect snacks for non-alcoholic beer on the eve of the Baltika Fest food festival, which will be held on September 13 in the Leningrad Region at the Igora Drive autodrome. In contrast to the standard snacks, his team relied on unique regional dishes of Russia, adapted for the modern public.
"Of course, with beer ("0.0%", "non-alcoholic". There should be seafood, some meat stories are combined, but we, for example, use homemade smoked beef, which we cook ourselves," Tsatsyn said.
According to him, the main idea of the menu is a gastronomic trip around the country.
"Our region will be divided into several parts: These will be the north, the middle belt, the Baltic Coast, the Caucasus and the Volga region. That is, different stories, different traditional cuisine. We want the guests to experience the traditions of different regions," said the chef.
On September 13, the Baltika Fest gastro festival will be held at the Igora Drive autodrome in St. Petersburg. The event will be headlined by the legend of Russian rock "Chaif", the cult band of the 1990s and 2000s "Disco Accident" and singer Marie Crymbreri.
Guests can enjoy master classes and gastro shows, food and drinks, as well as live performances and interactive entertainment. Tickets for the gastrofestival can be purchased at the online ticket offices and on the website of the Igora Drive complex.
