Apple has deprecated several versions of the MacBook Air and Macbook Pro

Apple has expanded the list of officially obsolete devices with several versions of the Macbook Air and Macbook Pro laptops. This was announced on August 31 by the MacRumors platform.

So, Apple has added three Mac laptops to the list of obsolete products. Among them are the 11-inch MacBook Air, released in 2015, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with four Thunderbolt 3 ports, and the 15-inch Macbook Pro from 2017.

It is clarified that the device is considered obsolete seven years after the termination of its distribution by Apple. Apple stores and authorized Apple service centers usually do not repair outdated products, MacRumors noted.
