A joint photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit speaks to the onset of multipolarity in the world. This was announced on September 1 by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.
