A driver who does not have a license to drive a vehicle has killed a minor pedestrian in Rostov-on-Don. This was announced on August 31 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

"The driver, born in 2004, who does not have the right to drive and had not previously received a driver's license, driving a Mazda 6 vehicle, according to preliminary data, hit a pedestrian born in 2009 who was crossing the roadway at an unregulated pedestrian crossing," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is clarified that after hitting a pedestrian, he was thrown into a Skoda Octavia car moving in the opposite direction. As a result of the accident, a pedestrian was killed.

Traffic police officers are working at the site, investigative measures are being carried out. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

On August 31, in the Novosibirsk region, two people were killed in an accident in the Chulymsky district due to a collision with an elk. It is specified that after the collision with the animal, the driver drove into a ditch and collided with a tree.
