The air temperature in Moscow will range from +26 to +28 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +14.
In the Moscow region, it will be from +24 to +29 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to +11.
A southerly and southwesterly wind with a speed of 5-11 m/s is expected, gusts up to 15 m/s are possible in some places.
The atmospheric pressure will be 747 mmHg.
On August 29, Tatiana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Meteonosti news agency, reminded Russians that the last weekend of August would be very warm — temperatures could rise 5-7 degrees above the climatic norm. Thus, as she emphasized, the thermometer columns will show from +25 to +27 degrees.
On the same day, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, Roman Vilfand, said that in the next 10 days the air temperature in the Russian Federation would exceed the norm.
