The raising of the Russian flag at the Venice Film Festival provoked an angry reaction from two Ukrainian ministries. This was reported on August 29 by the online publication "Страна.иа ".

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture condemned the presence of the Russian flag at the Venice Film Festival," reads a message posted on the Telegram channel.

It is clarified that the agencies called on the organizers of the event to "get rid of the presence of Russia and the Russian flag."
