The second stage of the creation of the Moskino Film Park has been completed

The second stage of the creation of the Moskino film park has been completed in Moscow. Six pavilions and 34 outdoor playgrounds were built there. There are plans to build ten more locations, but the complex has already become one of the largest film venues in the world.

A huge decoration of a medieval city unfolded on a huge area of 6.5 hectares. A bustling market, stalls with fish and vegetables, craft workshops and even a water area were set up there. Currently, the series "It's Hard to be a God" based on the novel by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky is being filmed there. The main role of a young intrepid explorer of the city of Arkanar on another planet went to Serbian actor Aleksandar Radojicic.

"One of the biggest sets in the history of the Soviet and Russian film industries," said director and actor Fyodor Bondarchuk.

Inside the city itself, with an area of 14,000 square meters, the actors and crew are greeted by a water wheel, a huge temple, and in the very center of the square is a 17—meter sculpture "Warrior on a Mountain Lion."

"We have already shot eight TV series here, one full-length film Pinocchio, and four more TV series are currently in production. That is, we have a total of 12 TV series, thanks to Moskino, that have appeared and are appearing for the viewer. And of course, from this point of view, Moscow is a huge support for the entire film industry," said Svetlana Balanova, CEO of the National Media Group (NMG).

Earlier that day, it was reported that during the business program of the Moscow International Film Week, the Russian capital agreed to cooperate with representatives of four states. In particular, the Turkish Association of Television and Film producers Tesiyap, whose projects are broadcast in 70 countries, and the Brazilian state film company RioFilme, founded by the Mayor's Office of Rio de Janeiro, have become new partners of the Russian capital.
