In Russia, the number of Nissan GT-R sports cars has been calculated
Currently, more than 640 Nissan GT-R sports cars are registered with the State Traffic Inspectorate in Russia. This was announced on August 27 by the analytical agency Autostat, which calculated the number of such cars in connection with the statement of the Japanese automaker about the end of the model release.
In total, according to the Nissan report, the company has produced about 48,000 copies of the GT-R generation R35 in 18 years.
Sales of the Nissan GT-R in Russia started in 2009. A sports car of the 2010 model year could then be ordered at a price starting from 4 million rubles. Deliveries of the GT-R to Russia stopped long before the Japanese automaker left the Russian car market — in 2019, along with the Juke crossover.
Now, according to open data from classifieds, an all-wheel drive sports car in Russia costs from 5 million rubles on the secondary market, and the owners of some copies are asking for 15 million rubles for them.
Nissan announced the termination of production of the iconic GT-R model on August 26, the last copy of the sports car rolled off the assembly line. According to the head of the company, Ivan Espinosa, Nissan plans to release a new generation of GT-R in the future, but he is not even ready to give an approximate date for the return of the sports car to the market.
The day before, sales of the Tenet T4 compact crossover started in Russia. The model enters the market in two trim levels priced from 2.22 million and 2.35 million rubles, respectively.
