Crews of attack aircraft on Su-25 aircraft destroyed personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the Vostok group of forces. This was announced on August 27 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry clarified that rockets were used to eliminate targets, which were launched in pairs from low altitudes.

After using aviation weapons, the crews performed a maneuver, releasing heat traps and returned to the departure airfield.
