The heat in Central Russia will return only at the end of August and will remain at the beginning of September, meteorologists believe.

The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, announced on August 26 that temperatures above normal would be set in almost all of Russia over the weekend. He noted that normal temperatures will be maintained only in the Northwestern Federal District and in the south of the Urals.
