Graduates of medical schools will be supervised by mentors
Graduates of major medical schools who have passed primary accreditation in a particular specialty will carry out medical activities under the guidance of a mentor for three years. Such amendments to the federal laws "On the Basics of Public Health protection in Russia" and "On Education in Russia" were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on August 26.
All budget places will become targeted, and young people will be required to sign a contract for targeted training, the press service of the Ministry of Health explained to Izvestia.
Graduates will be supervised by a mentor in an organization specified in the contract on targeted training or in organizations that participate in the implementation of the program of state guarantees of free medical care.
