Two modern schools will open in St. Petersburg and Kronstadt by September 1. The new educational institution on the Citadel Road in Kronstadt is designed for 550 students. It will teach children from 8th to 11th grade. The technopark "Kvantorium" will also open on the basis of the lyceum.

"These will be circles of the technological direction, these will be circles of the natural science direction. There will be an opportunity to work in classrooms with transformable space, where laboratories have been created for this purpose in biology, physics and chemistry classrooms," said the director of Kapitsa School No. 425.

She also added that modern classes provide an opportunity to popularize engineering professions and introduce them to these professions. According to her, the Quantorium will employ university professors from St. Petersburg.

School No. 707 in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg is also ready for the new academic year. On September 1, spacious classrooms equipped with modern technology, electronic whiteboards and screens will be opened for schoolchildren.

"You won't surprise modern children much now, and it's not interesting to show something in videos. Now we need to try everything with our hands to see how it really works," said Kermen Zhemchuzhueva, director of school No. 707.
