Investigators have opened a criminal case against a Ukrainian militant who is accused of committing a terrorist act in the Kursk region. This was reported on August 26 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.

"A criminal case has been opened against Roman Petrovsky, a senior soldier of the 17th separate tank brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine, on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "a" and "b" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act")," the message says.
