The Mi-28NM crew destroyed the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the special operation

An army aviation crew on a Mi-28NM helicopter struck the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) located in a wooded area in the area of responsibility of the North group of forces. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 26.

It is specified that the strike was carried out by aircraft missiles at enemy reconnaissance targets. According to the aircraft manufacturer, the personnel were destroyed.

After using aviation weapons, the crew performed an anti-missile maneuver, released heat traps and returned to the departure area.

On August 25, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian army had hit the assembly, storage and launch sites of Ukrainian drones. The ministry also noted that the Russian Armed Forces eliminated the temporary deployment points of Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries in 139 districts and ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
