A resident of the Omsk region attacked a minibus with a hammer during a traffic conflict. This was reported on August 25 in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
According to the agency, the driver of a minibus carrying passengers from the village of Kharlamovo in the Omsk region reported that the Lada Granta moving in front of him suddenly stopped. The driver of the car did not respond to the beep and the minibus started overtaking.
"The driver of the car caught up with the minibus and blocked the road. A man came out of the Lada salon with a hammer and, according to eyewitnesses, hit the passenger transport window with it at least five times," the department's Telegram channel clarified.
After the traffic conflict, the drivers started a fight. Both were sent for medical examination, the hammer was seized. It is reported that the decision on the case will be made after an assessment of the damage.
On June 3, it was reported that in Kirov, a Mercedes driver did not share a road with a local resident and beat her in front of her young daughter. The Kirov resident suffered a concussion, as well as bruises to her face and head.
Shortly after, a criminal case was opened against a 47-year-old man under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
