On August 23, Secretary of the Union of Journalists Ashot Jazoyan, in an interview with Izvestia, spoke about Kirill Vyshinsky's steadfastness and dignity.

"First of all, he was a wonderful journalist. You know, he's so calm, but with such inner strength, balanced. What he went through in Ukraine, and how he came out with dignity, and how he even created these programs, while continuing to speak very interestingly, well, thoughtfully about Ukraine, about the people, about these traditions and cultures. That is, he was not angry at the authorities, at what was being done to him. He continued to express his attitude towards the true Ukraine," Jazoyan said.

The journalist also stressed that Vyshinsky was a wonderful friend and comrade, very sincere and educated. He has always been distinguished by his reasonable, balanced thoughts. And at the Dialogue of Cultures international media forum for young journalists, journalists and authors reached out to him after his speeches and wouldn't let him pass.

Kirill Vyshinsky died in Moscow on August 23 after a serious and prolonged illness.
