Hero of Russia, recipient of two Orders of Courage Zalibek Umaev has been appointed Deputy General Director of the Federal Center for Construction Control (Rosstroycontrol). The relevant information was published on August 21 on the official website of the presidential program "Time of Heroes", of which Umayev is a participant.
"The Time of Heroes program opens up new opportunities, allows you to gain fundamental knowledge in public administration, learn unique experience from the best managers and specialists in various fields at the federal and regional levels," Umaev said, commenting on his appointment.
According to him, he was offered the position after completing a mentoring program, in which he was assisted by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin.
"Zalibek Kasumovich went through a serious path: military service, including in the engineering troops, participation in a special military operation, two Orders of Courage, the title of Hero of Russia. His ability to solve complex tasks, work in conditions of high responsibility and attention to detail is exactly what we need in the construction industry," Khusnullin emphasized.
It is noted that Umaev became one of the first participants of the program in May last year.
On June 19, the Governor of the Vologda Region, Georgy Filimonov, called the participants of his new elite of Russia. He stressed that the appointment of combat veterans and participants in special operations to senior positions is a priority in managerial work. The governor drew attention to the fact that in this way Anton Tropin, a veteran of the SVO, became the head of the Nyuksen district of the Vologda region.
