"In Odessa, a man was involved in an accident, and the police who arrived at the scene detained him and took him to the shopping mall. The man was wanted by the military enlistment office. He tried to escape, but they caught up with him," the publication says in a Telegram channel.

In the published video, the driver said that he had not updated his documents since June. The woman accompanying him asked the police not to detain the man, referring to the fact that he had recently undergone surgery and was subject to military service.

On August 11, two Ukrainian families blamed the military unit of the city of Samar for the deaths of their mobilized relatives. It is known that the military unit hid the fact of death from relatives, and then submitted medical reports stating death from natural causes.
