In the Khabarovsk Territory, bailiffs seized the personal AN-2 aircraft of a local businessman who was not paying his debts. This was reported on August 19 on the website of the main directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service (GUFSSP) of Russia for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

"When dividing property with his ex-wife, the citizen was obliged to pay her money. In addition, the man must pay the debt to the legal entity of which he was previously the founder, as well as reimburse the costs of paying for the services of a representative. In total, the man accumulated debts totaling more than 51 million 300 thousand rubles," the department said.

It is noted that the defaulter hid the location of the aircraft for a long time. In this regard, a search case was opened, in which the plane was found at an airfield in one of the villages of the region, after which the property was seized.

The entrepreneur was told that the aircraft would be sold to repay the debt if its financial obligations were not fulfilled. In addition, due to debts, the man was restricted in the right to travel outside the Russian Federation, and his bank accounts were seized by a bailiff's decision.

On January 21, the Presnensky Court of Moscow seized two land plots, three buildings, two Land Rover cars and other property from the head of the village of Vyalki, Igor Vykhodtsev. It is specified that the man used his powers for the purpose of personal earnings of both his own and his relatives.
