The pavilion was created as part of the Moscow Mayor's "My District" program. It tests technologies for future implementation in urban infrastructure: robotic services, vertical landscaping, eco-friendly transport routes.

The central axis of the Biome is an artificial river created for sapboarding and kayaking. Visitors can swim through the entire pavilion on the water — the route connects its zones with each other.

Aquariums with fish and axolotls, hydroponic farms and multimedia screens are located inside the pavilion. The educational program includes scientific leisure activities aimed at acquiring new skills, which can be an impetus for a new hobby or even profession. There is a music venue next to the pavilion.

The design uses a cosmic mosaic, which resembles the design of metro stations and facades of the XX century. There are art objects "Fantastic flowers" and fountains at the entrance. Dioramas with images of planets are placed in the portholes.

The forum "Territory of the future. Moscow 2030" takes place in the capital from August 1 to September 14. The main innovations and achievements in all spheres of the city's life are presented at its venues.
