Following a meeting at the White House, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky declined an interview with Fox News Channel and is currently leaving Washington. This was announced on August 18 by presenter Bret Baier on the TV channel.

"I just learned that the President of Ukraine will not come here for a special speech tonight after the marathon at the White House. They (the Ukrainian delegation. — Ed.) are flying away," he said.
