The boat caught fire and sank in a bay in Primorsky Krai.
A pleasure boat caught fire in the bay of Minosok in Primorsky Krai. This was announced on August 17 by the press service of the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office.
"A fire broke out on a pleasure boat located in the waters of the Sea of Japan in the bay of Minosok in the Severnaya Bay of the Slavyansky Bay of Primorsky Krai," the department's Telegram channel said.
They added that there were four people on board the ship. As a result of this incident, there were no casualties, but the boat sank.
The Transport Prosecutor's Office is currently investigating all the circumstances of the incident.
The day before, the yacht caught fire on the Volga River in the Khvalynsky district of the Saratov region. It was noted that there were six passengers on board who were able to evacuate on their own. There were no casualties as a result of the incident.
