Investigators have opened a criminal case into the overturning of an excursion transport with tourists in the Krasnodar Territory, as a result of which tourists were injured. This was reported on August 17 in the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the region.

"A criminal case has been opened into the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements for the life and health of consumers (Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the agency's Telegram channel says.
