Accompanying the President were the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Culture of the DPRK, representatives of relevant ministries, artists and heads of art organizations, teachers and students of art universities, as well as residents of Pyongyang.

On August 15, Kim Jong-un announced that Russia and the DPRK are jointly opposing the revival of neo-Nazism in the world. He also added that the Russian Federation and the DPRK have always been "on the right side of history" and have constantly fought for equality and justice.
