In the Irkutsk region, a driver lost control while driving around a wild animal, injuring four people. This was announced on August 15 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

According to preliminary data, a 36-year-old woman driving a Mazda Bongo lost control while driving around a wild animal that was lying on the roadway. She drove into a ditch, the minibus overturned, injuring four passengers, including two boys aged eight and one year.

"The Traffic Police are conducting an inspection on this fact, and a decision will be made based on the results. No violations have been identified on the part of the transportation of children," the department's Telegram channel clarifies.

In June, three people died in the Altai Territory when a Lexus collided with a roe deer, and then lost control and slid into a ditch. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region clarified that the driver and one of the passengers died on the spot, the second passenger died during hospitalization. The car burned down completely.
