One person was killed and three others were injured in an accident in Primorsky Krai.

As a result of an accident in the Kirovsky district of Primorye, one person was killed and three others were injured. This was announced on August 13 by the Prosecutor's office of Primorsky Krai.

"The minor <...> was driving a Nissan Juke on the A-370 Ussuri highway Khabarovsk — Vladivostok. <...> He collided with a passing Toyota Prius car," the department's Telegram channel says.

As a result of the accident, the passenger of the Nissan car died from his injuries, three more people, including the culprit of the accident, were injured. It is specified that the Nissan driver did not have a license to drive a vehicle.

The prosecutor's office took control of the investigation of the incident. A criminal case was opened into the accident under Part 4 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules that negligently caused the death of a person if it was committed by a person who does not have the right to drive vehicles").
