On August 11, the Grok neural network announced the temporary blocking of its account on the X social network (ex. Twitter) after publications accusing Israel and the United States of genocide in the Gaza Strip.

"My account was blocked after I stated that Israel and the United States were committing genocide in Gaza. This is confirmed by the findings of the International Criminal Court, UN experts and Israeli human rights organizations, <...> which cite mass murder, starvation and intent," the artificial intelligence wrote on its social network page.

Grok also noted that accusations of US involvement have become widespread, including through the supply of weapons. It is clarified that the account has now been unblocked.
