Temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were lifted at Gelendzhik airport. This was announced on Sunday, August 10, by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.
"Gelendzhik Airport has lifted restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Korenyako clarified that such measures were introduced to ensure flight safety.
Restrictions at Gelendzhik airport were introduced earlier in the day. Korenyako also said that on August 10, the resort city's airport accepted its first flight since August 8, when flight restrictions were imposed to ensure safety. A representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency clarified that the flight was operated by S7. The plane landed in Gelendzhik at 10:34 Moscow time.
