Four injured in the collapse of the cable car in Nalchik continued inpatient treatment

Four people remain hospitalized after a cable break on a cable car in Nalchik. This was announced to journalists on August 9 by Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Alexey Kuznetsov.

According to him, two victims have already been discharged from the hospital.

"Four people remain in the hospital, one of them is in serious condition, the rest are in moderate and mild condition," TASS quoted Kuznetsov as saying.

The cable car broke down on August 8. Four people fell into the water, thanks to which they survived. A total of 12 people were injured, six were hospitalized.

A criminal case has been opened into the incident under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, which negligently caused serious harm").
