Russia plans to completely change the Gosuslugi portal system
In Russia, they plan to comprehensively transform the system of public services — to group disparate services under specific life circumstances. This was reported to Izvestia by Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The reboot is going to be carried out on the Gosuslugi portal. Thanks to the introduction of the new system, citizens will not need to search for each service separately — they will be connected according to the principle of one window.
"When a person retires, opens a business, or files documents at the birth of a child, they should receive all the necessary services in a package, without having to understand the nuances of different departments and collecting unnecessary documents. Each service should be convenient and fast," Grigorenko emphasized.
At the same time, they plan to assign their own supervisor for each service, who will control it.
"The curator's list of responsibilities includes working with feedback from citizens, ensuring the development of the service, and eliminating system failures and errors. The person who requests the service will know who is personally responsible for its quality. And he will also see the curator's face — his photo, by consent, is posted on the page of the service," the Russian government told Izvestia.
By the end of 2030, 99% of mass socially significant services in Russia are planned to be converted to electronic form. The indicator has now been implemented by 90%.
At the same time, citizens will not always have to provide documents, as some departments will receive them from state registers themselves.
Earlier, on July 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government of the Russian Federation to create a section on the Gosuslugi portal "Russia — the land of opportunities" with materials from the non-profit organization of the same name. It is noted that the materials of the organization's projects and programs will appear in the section. There will also be an opportunity to register to participate in ANO events.
