Access to the personal account of the Aeroflot Bonus program has been temporarily restricted

The Aeroflot Bonus personal account is temporarily unavailable due to technical work. This was announced on August 5 by the airline's press service.

"All participant data has been saved in full, and there has been no loss of information," the Telegram channel post says.

It is also specified that the opportunity to issue premium air tickets and receive miles for flights, purchases and services of partner banks will be restored after the completion of routine maintenance.

Earlier, on July 28, Aeroflot canceled 54 paired flights, and later 12 more flights were canceled. The reason was the malfunction of the airline's information system. It is specified that tickets for cancelled flights are subject to refund or reissue for dates within 10 days. A criminal case has been opened into a hacker attack on the airline's information system.
