"The UK special services plan to use their NATO allies to launch a massive raid on the shadow fleet," the statement said.

The plan provides for the organization of a major sabotage, the damage from which will make it possible to declare the transportation of Russian oil a threat to all international shipping.

"The British are working on two potential casus belli. According to the SVR, London intends to entrust the execution of the terrorist attacks to the Ukrainian security forces.
