Eight people evacuated after river flooding in Primorsky Krai

Eight people found themselves in a difficult situation after a sharp rise in river water in the Partizansky district of Primorsky Krai. They needed to be evacuated.

According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the vacationers were on the river spits. They could not get out on their own after the flooding of the Partizanskaya and Tigrovaya rivers. In the first case, a man and a woman who spent the night on a spit were isolated, they could not leave by car. In the second case, six people, including a child, were trapped in the flooded area.

Rescuers promptly transported the vacationers to the other shore using a motorboat. None of the citizens needed medical help.

In the Krasnodar Territory, on August 3, rescuers evacuated 17 people who were cut off in a flooded tract near Goryachy Klyuch. One of the tourists broke her leg.
