Two people were killed and one injured in an accident involving a car and a truck in Primorsky Krai. This was reported on August 4 in the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

The ministry clarified that the accident occurred at 22:50 (15:50 Moscow time) on August 3 on the 294th km of the Osinovka – Rudnaya Pier highway.

"The driver of a Nissan Teana, not observing the speed limit when driving in a populated area, lost control and collided with a Mitsubishi Fuso moving in the same direction. Due to the impact, the driver of the heavy truck pulled over to the side of the road," reads a statement posted on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the driver driving the car and one of his passengers died on the spot, and another person in the car with serious injuries was hospitalized in Kavalerovskaya central district hospital. At the same time, as noted, the truck driver was not injured.

It is noted that law enforcement agencies, representatives of the special services and the prosecutor of the Kavalerovsky district arrived at the scene. The case has been taken over by the Prosecutor's office.
