The DPR reported on the flight of the Kiev authorities from the part of the republic under their control

The authorities of Druzhkovka, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk controlled by the Kiev regime in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) began to leave the cities after the liberation of Chasova Yar by the Russian army. This was announced on August 3 by Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the head of the DPR.

"There is a mass flight of the entire administrative resource of three cities at once — Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk. The authorities, including the senior staff and administrative staff close to them," he told TASS.

According to the adviser to the head of the DPR, Ukrainian officials are removing or destroying archives and official documents. As noted by "Gazeta.Ru", the flight of the authorities of the Kiev regime is connected with the liberation of Chasova Yar by the Armed Forces of Russia.

The capture of the city opens the way for Russian troops to Konstantinovka and the Kramatorsk-Slavyanskaya agglomeration.

On July 31, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russian army soldiers had liberated the village of Chasov Yar in the DPR. Retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk, a former special forces officer, noted that the liberation of the settlement creates new prospects for the Russian army in the region.

The Ministry of Defense clarified that during the liberation of Chasova Yar, more than 4.2 thousand buildings were cleared. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost about 7.5 thousand militants, 11 tanks, 55 armored vehicles and 160 field artillery and mortars in the battles for the settlement.
