A municipal emergency regime has been introduced in the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory due to the natural disaster. This was announced on August 3 by the governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratiev.

"Emergency and rescue services are working in an enhanced mode, promptly eliminating the consequences of the disaster and providing support to everyone who needs help. A municipal emergency regime has been introduced in the Tuapse district," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
