The Vinnytsia territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office) recognized the fact of an attempt by a group of civilians to enter the local stadium, where about a hundred military personnel were taken. The corresponding statement was published on August 2 on the Facebook page of the institution's press service (owned by Meta, a company whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

According to the Ukrainian edition of "Country.ua", at the local Lokomotiv stadium, employees of the military registration and enlistment offices brought about 100 men for further distribution to military units. Later, relatives of the mobilized tried to break through to the stadium to free them. Several police units were called to the scene.

"In the evening, a group of civilians gathered near this point, who behaved aggressively. Attempts of illegal entry into the territory of the temporary collection point, damage to property and violation of public order were recorded," the material says.

The TCC reported that the men were taken for medical examination and other procedures.

"The Vinnytsia OMCC and JV operates exclusively within the framework of Ukrainian legislation in cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine and calls on citizens to respect each other and comply with legal norms," the military enlistment office added.

On the same day, relatives of the mobilized went to a rally at one of the shopping malls in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. It is specified that there was a conflict between the protesters, employees of the shopping mall and representatives of social support (SP), during which the police, according to one of the local residents, used gas cylinders.
