The architecture of the business program of the All–Russian Occupational Safety Week - 2025 has become known

More than 150 events will be held as part of the jubilee X All-Russian Occupational Safety Week, which will be held from September 15 to 18 at Sirius University. The key topics of VNOT-2025 are the involvement of a new generation in a safety culture, practical solutions for small and medium–sized businesses, as well as digitalization and international cooperation in the field of occupational safety. The main focus of the international agenda of the event will be the exchange of experience and harmonization of occupational safety standards with the BRICS countries, as well as strengthening cooperation with the countries of the Euro-Asian region and the CIS.

The strategic theme of the business program of the All–Russian Labor Protection Week this year will be "Saving people - a guarantee of sustainable development."

Among the industry topics that will be raised during the ETA are the digitalization of occupational safety, preventive measures to reduce injuries, improving working conditions in industry, and the introduction of advanced technologies and personal protective equipment.

The international dimension of VNOT-2025 will be represented by the following significant events: the first meeting of the BRICS Occupational Safety Network, the Conference of the Euro-Asian Regional Alliance of Labor Inspections, a joint meeting of the boards of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, as well as a meeting of the Working Group on the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On September 15, the forum will open with a Youth Day designed to involve a new generation in the formation of a safety culture. In the program: case championship, competitions of digital solutions and innovations in PPE. Interactive tracks will be held in parallel. The track "Flexible Skills, Sustainable Development" will include workshops and sessions on productivity, communication, and career growth. The track "Psychology of Safety: Mental Health" will offer a workshop and an interactive session on managing emotions and the psychophysiological potential of employees. The track "Occupational safety and the formation of a safety culture" will present a master class on accident investigation, a workshop on the selection of PPE and an interactive game "What? Where? FROM!". The Youth Day program will also be complemented by the VNOT-2025 exhibition, a quiz on sought-after professions in Russia, first aid team competitions, the Three Shifts online occupational health and safety championship, and other activities.

In addition, on September 15, a number of events aimed at providing practical solutions for businesses will be held for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The program will include a master class on the organization of OT training for SMEs, a practical session on the provision of PPE, a round table on the economics of OT for SMEs will tell participants about budget planning, risk assessment and prioritization. It is also planned to consider legal issues of labor protection in the framework of master classes on GIT inspections and accident investigation and conducting a special assessment of labor protection and occupational risks for SMEs.

From September 16 to 18, the main business program of VNOT-2025 will be structured according to thematic blocks.

The Occupational Safety and Health direction will focus on improving the occupational safety and health training system, digitalization of occupational safety and health management, assessment of PPE compliance, management of contractors' competencies, digital training tools, labor protection for remote workers, control, the influence of psychophysiological factors on injuries, provision of PPE workers and PPE selection criteria.

Events dedicated to the labor market, employment, and corporate culture will also be held within the framework of the VNOT. The direction "Personnel, employment, labor market" will cover the formation of the institute of security directors, technology of personnel centers, changes in employment activities, strategies for the formation of corporate culture and the improvement of pension legislation.

Industry meetings are also planned as part of the anniversary Week. Experts will take part in the discussion of the specifics of labor protection in the nuclear, oil and gas industry, in the construction industry and in enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.

The X All-Russian Occupational Safety Week will become a key platform for dialogue between representatives of government authorities, business, the professional community, science, youth and international experts, defining strategic directions for creating safe, healthy and sustainable working conditions in the Russian Federation. More than 10,000 people from 89 regions of Russia are expected to participate in the country's main social forum. More than 150 business program events. New exhibitions.
