Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a federal law that significantly expanded the list of grounds for revoking Russian citizenship. This was announced on July 31 on the website of the official Internet portal of legal information.

According to the published text, this list will include more than 20 grounds, according to which foreigners will be deprived of citizenship for crimes committed by them, their preparation or attempts on them.
