A civilian was killed in the shelling of the town of Shebekino, Belgorod region. The governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov announced this on July 31 in his Telegram channel.

"As a result of the shelling of the city, a civilian was killed. The man died on the spot before the ambulance crew arrived," Gladkov wrote.

In addition, windows were broken and roofs were damaged in four private households in the city. The glazing and facade of the social facility were damaged. A passenger car was also hit by shrapnel. In addition, there are damages on the gas and electricity supply lines.
