New TOP resident to build sports and recreation complex in Chita

One of the two new residents of the territory of advanced development (TOP) "Transbaikalia" will build a sports and recreation complex (FOK) "Zabaikalskie Thermy" in Chita. This was announced by Lyudmila Kovalchuk, Acting Minister of Planning and Development of Transbaikalia, during an operational meeting in the government of the region.

"According to the project of organizing the sports and recreation complex "Zabaikalsky Thermy", the volume of capital investments will amount to over 100 million rubles. 16 new jobs will be created," Kovalchuk said.

The second new resident of the TOP under a similar agreement with JSC Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic will operate in Pervomaisky. According to ChitaMedia news agency, a mining repair and service company will open in the village.

The volume of investments under the latest agreement will amount to 12.5 million rubles. A total of 24 new jobs are planned to be created.

To date, there are 99 TOP residents in Transbaikalia. The total investment in the projects is 906 billion rubles.
