A resident of the Kherson region was killed by shelling from the Ukrainian Armed Forces

One civilian in the Kherson region was killed and another was injured as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 28 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, in his Telegram channel.

"The terrorist attack on Alyoshka led to the death of a civilian. <...> A man born in 1967 was injured in Novaya Kakhovka," the publication says.

In addition, an administrative building was damaged in the village of Radensk, and an uninhabited house and outbuildings burned down in the village of Commemorative.

In addition, according to Saldo, fires started in forests in two municipalities as a result of the shelling. The total area is 5 hectares, they have already been extinguished.

On July 27, Vladimir Saldo reported that as a result of a kamikaze drone attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a minibus in Novaya Mayachka, Kherson region, one person was killed and five others were injured. It was noted that two civilians were hospitalized. Three more sought medical help on their own.
