"As of Monday morning, July 28, the area around the crash site has already been cleared. The soil is sifted to extract all the small fragments. What can be carried by hand is carried and loaded manually. Large fragments of the aircraft are being transported to the parking lot of heavy—duty vehicles using a bulldozer," the report said.
