Three children and one adult died in a fire in Yekaterinburg.
Four people, including three children, died as a result of a fire that occurred in a private house on Samorodnaya Street in Yekaterinburg. This was announced on July 26 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk region.
"Four people died at the scene (one adult and three children aged three, six and 17)," the department's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that the fire occurred at 02:58 local time (04:58 Moscow time). The fire was localized on an area of 48 sq. m.
According to the Ministry of Health, one of the injured children, aged six, was taken to the hospital with thermal burns covering 60% of the body surface, his condition is assessed as "severe".
In addition, a woman was also injured in the incident, she was taken to the hospital with multiple fractures. It is noted that two injured children refused to be hospitalized after being examined by medical workers, and they were prescribed outpatient treatment.
The day before, it was reported that one child and two adults died as a result of a fire in a private house in the Leninsky district of Astrakhan. It is specified that a man born in 1959 was also injured in the fire, and he received the necessary medical assistance.
