The emergency regime in the forests was lifted in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The fire situation in the region has stabilized.

The emergency mode has been in effect since July 13 due to dry and hot weather, as well as high thunderstorm activity. The KrasnoyarskMedia news agency writes about this. Currently, forest fires are active in the Sayano-Shushenskoye, Kodinsky and Tunguska-Chunsky forest districts, their area exceeds 1.2 thousand hectares. More than 300 people are involved in extinguishing fires.

A special fire protection regime remains in place in the east and north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Visits to forest areas are limited. In addition, bonfires and burning of dry grass are prohibited in the region.

In the Trans-Baikal Territory, two minors were detained for two months in connection with the arson of a forest. The material damage from the fire exceeded 322 million rubles.
