Some buildings located next to the house that collapsed from the explosion on Blinova Street in Saratov had their windows blown out. On Friday, 25, Sofia, a resident of a neighboring high-rise building, told Izvestia.

"The explosion was very strong, very strong indeed. At first we thought that maybe the car had exploded. Anything can happen. We went out through the private sector, the houses there were also hit, the windows were knocked out, the cladding was destroyed," she shared.

According to Sofia, the incident occurred at the beginning of 12 o'clock local time (11:00 Moscow time).

"We thought maybe something had happened in a private house, turned around, and then, sorry, meat, just the neighboring house collapsed. It's terrible," said the girl.
