Izvestia correspondent Evgeny Bykovsky received an award for his coverage of the work of military investigators in the special military operation zone. The award ceremony took place on July 23 in Donetsk, in the building of the military investigation Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the United Group of Forces.

The journalist became the winner in the nomination "The best work on revealing the individual image of an investigator." Awards were also presented to the correspondents of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and the VGTRK television company.

After the award ceremony, the winners visited a photo exhibition organized at the department's office. At the end of the event, the military investigators thanked the media representatives for their work and wished them new professional successes.

On June 9, Izvestia correspondent Semyon Yeremin was posthumously awarded the TEFI National Television Award in the Documentary Film category for his material "Liberation of Avdiivka. The Unknown Chronicle", which is dedicated to the Russian army. Viewers can see how the servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces gathered troops and took key positions in Avdiivka.
