The State Duma (State Duma) adopted in the first reading a bill proposing to establish additional payments to women awarded the title of "Mother Heroine." This was announced on July 23 on the official website of the State Duma.

For example, heroine mothers are offered benefits for exemption from housing and communal services and emergency medical care, as well as additional opportunities for employment and free vocational training or retraining and other social support measures.
In addition, according to the bill, the right of women to receive monthly payments instead of benefits in the amount of more than 72 thousand rubles is provided. It will be possible to apply for it through the Gosuslugi portal, the State Duma clarified.

He clarified that, along with all the pre-paid benefits, women with the title of "Mother Heroine", along with a pension, will receive a monthly provision of 36.5 thousand rubles.
