The threat to Israel posed by the Yemeni Houthis is growing. This was stated on July 22 by Sergey Balmasov, an expert at the Institute of the Middle East and an expert at the Russian International Affairs Council, in an interview with Izvestia.

"This is not the first case, far from the first, and in my opinion, not even the second. The Houthis are increasingly showing a threat from Israel," the source said, adding that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would continue his security strategy.

The orientalist also pointed to the preparation of new attacks on Iran. According to him, another attack is currently being planned, which will continue until the threat from Tehran is eliminated.

In addition, Balmasov noted the vulnerability of the Houthis.

"The Houthis have been used to fighting all their lives, like their ancestors. However, they have a vulnerable place — it's water, water sources. I think the Israelis will deliberately beat them to deprive the Houthis of water," he said.

On the same day, the Armed Forces of the Ansar Allah movement reported that the Houthis had attacked Ben Gurion Airport in Israel with a hypersonic ballistic missile. It clarifies that the attacks on Tel Aviv will continue until the aggression against the Gaza Strip stops.
