The Ukrainian authorities intend to send to Odessa about 100 employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) to strengthen violent mobilization in the city. This was announced on July 17 by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Artem Dmytruk.

"Starting from Monday, about 100 additional employees of the shopping mall from the western regions will be sent to Odessa," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is clarified that the decision is related to the increased cases of resistance to the staff of the shopping mall when trying to mobilize citizens on the streets.

"People are fighting back. Women and youth began to unite and resist," Dmytruk added.

On July 15, employees of the shopping mall kicked a man in the south of Ukraine in Mykolaiv. In the video, the military commissars first kick the man, and then hit him several times with the car door. Also, eyewitnesses tried to intervene and stop them.
